Delivery & Returns
Shipping & Handling - our team strives to post your items within 5 business days (any delays to this timescale will be communicated to you via e-mail). Arrival times depend on the chosen carrier. Ensure your address is correct during checkout, as we cannot take liability for delivery errors stemming from inaccurate information.
For non-personalised items, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Following cancellation, you then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
Personalised Items cannot normally be returned. This does not affect your legal rights if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly personalised.
Faulty or Incorrect Items - If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs, where appropriate. We will put this right in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
- Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement as required. Your legal rights are not affected by these terms.
